Riot Style
Riot Style is pleased to announce we’ll be teaming up with legendary Richmond, VA fun-core act VCR! VCR previously put out two records, VCR and Power/Destiny on Side One Dummy records. Unfortunately the band broke up in 2008 but they are back from the dead to party one last time with Riot Style!
This record will be the first of TWO special Halloween records from Riot Style

Here’s a look at the Kick-Ass x Vans Movie collabo sneakers. This new yellow and green canvas colorway of the classic Vans Era is inspired by the costume of the main character in the new Kick-Ass movie (based on the Marvel Icon comic book). Kick-Ass stars McLovin from Superbad and that one dude from Ghost Rider and Valley Girl. *plug* *plug*
Vans hooked us up with a pair of these and we are clearly not immune to bribery.
Also, for some reason Chris from TSS is completely obsessed with this movie. More pics after the crump…
UPDATE
So it looks like Vans only made 100 Pairs of these and they will not be available in stores. So, no. You can’t have them. Stop asking.
We’ve commissioned a limited run of skate decks for Vancouver Skate Punk / Metal band Streets in commemoration of their three CD reissues on Riot Style. It features refreshed artwork originally by Lisa Sussman and redrawn by Barf (Municipal Waste / Born Ugly / Barf Comics). We will be giving away a few of these skateboard decks at retail and on various music blogs throughout the year.
There will be a limited number of Streets Skate Decks for sale in the Riot Style store.
